We have moved our monthly meetings to Beef O'Brady's at 1800 Thomasville Road. We will be using their backroom. No need to rush to grab food before coming to the meeting as there will be plenty of great food specials to choose from including Hamburgers, wings, and more.
The meeting starts off at 6pm with networking. Bring plenty of business cards and come meet the movers and shakers in the real estate world.
Guest speakers are:
Crit Smith of Smith, Thompson, Shaw, Minacci, and Collon, PA. He is going to be talking about trees, liability, and insurance. Mark and I looked at a house yesterday and the roof was almost completely destroyed by big tree limbs hanging on it. The neighbor next door had to remove trees and limbs or his insurance was going to be cancelled.
Charlie Strickland of Talon Range and Charlie Strickland for Sheriff will be talking about self-protection and self-defense tactics.
Roxanne Manning of Community Redevelopment Agency will be speaking about monies available for developers of projects in the city. Having Ms. Manning as a guest speaker was made possible by the City Commissioner Curtis Richardson.
