Marketing & Networking
The object of marketing is to get people who are eager to sell their house to call you and ask you to buy it from them. Ideally, these people have come to you because they want to sell their house quickly and they don’t want to do any repairs. You will learn marketing strategies we use and how to get your phone ringing.
Phone Script & Analyzing the Deal
What do you do when the phone starts to ring? No worries, we’ll start you off with a script so you get all the right information simply and quickly from the seller. You will learn to get comfortable with asking key questions in class so you can use this in the real world for properties you come across.
We will cover what to do with all the information you’ve just gotten from your client. This will allow you to know if the deal is actually a deal. The analysis bit can be challenging but we’ll lay it out simply so that if you can use a calculator and get the info that’s needed, you will know whether to move forward with the deal or not. We will have examples to go over in class so you can practice.
Property Walk-Thru & Repairs Needed
Deals with the assessing the repairs needed quickly and negotiation when you decide the deal is a deal and where to go from there. This is where the money is made or lost.
We will go through how to write out the contract and get it right the first time. This contract sets you apart from all the other guys. It keeps you safe and totally in control of the process.
Finding Buyers & Assignment Contract
Of course once you’ve got your contract in hand, you’ll want to get in touch with eager buyers who’ll pay cash for your deal. We will also guide you through the assignment agreement so you can get paid for all of that hard work. This contract is seamless, easy to use and is included, so you don’t have to find your own.
