Come join a FANTASTIC group of people who are investing in the North Florida/South Georgia real estate market and people who are learning to invest.

We provide out standing LIVE LOCAL speakers/Investors who talk about OUR real estate market not out of state or area "guru" who do not live or invest in the Tallahassee area.  No dog and pony shows asking you to spent thousands to learn the "secrets" of real estate investing.  Hint: there is no secret, just take action!  Follow in the steps of those who are already doing it!

January's meeting topics:

Yes, it is a seller's market!  To find houses, you have to be out there searching - We (Mark and Camille) will discuss our techniques for finding houses to buy.  We will take this training into the field on Saturday with additional training and support.  If you want to become a successful wholeseller, you can not afford to miss this.  Same thing if you are looking for rental properties or even a home for yourself.  So join Jeep Girl Realty and House Savers out in the field!

RADON - the hidden danger!  Our mother/son team Brenda and Gabe put a house under contract in December.  They had Chris Durfee, owner of Tallahassee Home Inspections do a radon test as part of the inspection process.  We were STUNNED to see a 15 result - anything over 4 needs immediate attention and this house is a 15!  Come learn about radon from Chris Durfee and hear what Brenda and Gabe's next step is.

SELF DIRECTED IRA's - Alex Purny from Advanta IRA will be a guest speaker.  In November, a member Ivahna came to us wanting to participate in our TIN Hand Holding Program.  She had ~$45k in an old employer IRA.  She rolled it over to Advanta and then partnered with us to purchase a beautiful "Almost New" 3/2 with 2 car garage home.  We provided the credit and got the mortgage, then we paid closing cost and first 2 mortgage payments - she provided the 20% downpayment.  We manage the property and she gets 1/2 the monthly cash flow and 1/2 of the profits when we sell years down the road.  An easy and secure way to grow your money.  The house is rented for $1750 a month.  Come learn all the awesome ways to grow your retirement money!
