Our first ever Virtual TIN meeting
Shawn will be our guest speaker/co-host. We will be discussing our thoughts on what
the economy and real estate markets look like now, and what the near future might look
like.
Congress has just passed the largest economic STIMULUS bill in history. On the
surface it’s $2T, but Trump said it’s $6.2T, and we know there will be additional rounds.
It’s 880 pages long, and written by the lawyers in congress. It is multiples larger than
the bill that was passed in 2008. You know the bill is loaded with all kinds of pork
projects. Can you smell the bacon already?
Shawn will be giving the latest details on the individual rebates, and also the small
business and self-employed loans (possibly to be forgiven), as well as many other
related topics. He will also provide a way to get the latest information out to everyone.
Indications are that you might be able to get what amounts to a $10,000 grant, even if
your disaster loan application is denied.
