Mark and I have a system where we screen our tenants before we ever show a house - as a result, we only show a house to 1 WELL QUALIFIED family. We have pre-rented and rented 4 houses over this CV fiasco without ever meeting them. Come learn how.
Attorney James Thompson of Smith, Thompson, and Shaw will also be on the meeting and giving us updates on the eviction moratorium. Remember they extended it from May until June 2nd. If you are having tenant issues, please call James for help. He is helping Mark and I through the process of a hold over tenant.
Shawn Wesley, Tally Taxman, will be on the meeting too and will give us updates on tax certificate sales, stimulus money, and tax deadlines - all virtually.
Paul Tompkins, Flippin Experts, will tell us about his real estate outlook based on what he is seeing.
Gabe Hamda and Brenda Andrews, B and G Superior Lawn Care Service are going to discuss some great ideas to add pop to your curb appeal.
Tara Smith, Thurmond-Smith Insurance Inc., an Allstate Agency will give us an update on insurance. She has been a huge help for Mark and I with a lot of insurance issues these past couple of weeks. Lately, the big insurance carriers has just started cancelling policies for no reason - we have been scrambling to get coverage.
