In all the craziness of the Corona Virus, the media has just told all tenants that they don't have to worry about paying their rent - no worries, your landlord can not evict you!

The Florida Supreme court has suspended issuance of writs of possession until May 29th https://www.floridasupremecourt.org/content/download/633282/7195631/AOSC20-23.pdf.  You can still file evictions etc and do everything up to the writ of possession.

So we have asked Attorney James Thompson of Smith, Thompson, and Shaw - an eviction and landlord/tenant law expert to come on as our guest speaker for this emergency update on what is happening and how to protect ourselves.

You will have time to ask questions in this interactive Zoom webinar.

This is FREE to all TIN Members and $15 for non-members up till midnight on the 22nd.
