September Meeting

Lots of changes in the market.  The eviction and foreclosure moratoriums keep getting extended.  At this meeting, we are going to discuss tight screening so you do not end up with other landlord's problems.  Since we can not evict the non-pays, screening has to be super tight!  Come learn some practices we have recently adding to our tenant screening.
