We are so excited to have Chuck as our guest speaker. Chuck and his wife Christina owned -Apartment Seekers starting in 2000. This was a Tallahassee based company that provide a free service for potential tenants looking to rent. They also consulted with Apartment owners and managers on market conditions and provided them with tenants to increase occupancy. Their in-depth knowledge of the apartment rental market in Tallahassee is incredible. They expanded into building and designing luxury apartment complexes such as Industry Tallahassee, Industry Cincinnati, Industry Indianapolis, and more. Chuck is a former FSU baseball player. His mother and father started an apartment cleaning/turning business in Tallahassee and that was Chuck's segue into the exciting world of real estate.
